The Farm

The main building, which represent the hearth of the Farm, was built in the 16th century

as a watch tower. Later on, few buildings were added to the tower for housing purposes.

In the 1960s, these buildings were restructured, whilst a farmerhouse, stables, chicken coop, pigsty, barn and greenhouses were built.

The farm practices organic farming and has EC organic certification.

In addition to the land, organic farming naturally also pays great attention to respecting the air and water

The term 'organic farming' identifies that system of agricultural production which, on the one hand, aims to offer the consumer fresh, genuine and chemical-free products; on the other hand, it seeks to reduce the environmental impact of farming as much as possible, ensuring that every piece of land is used in accordance with its natural cycles and thus in an environmentally sustainable manner.
